Our class videos are recorded for our students who have already practiced with us in person.  If you are new to things or injured and not sure if this is right for you then we suggest attending some yoga classes with a qualified teacher to ensure safety during your practice.  We advise that you consult with a health professional (e.g GP) first before starting a yoga practice.

Guided meditation can be a great tool to help alleviate stress & anxiety. However, meditation is not a substitute for professional healthcare.  If you feel you are not coping, then please seek professional help by speaking to your GP.  Mental Health Australia provides further information and resources that you might find helpful https://mhaustralia.org/need-help
